Our VPN router has DUAL-WiFi, significance it comes with two different WiFi networks that you can connect to. One is unencrypted, meaning you can connect older devices. The other network connects to newer devices using up-to-date and powerful encryption technology.

My Secure Router App

The App allows you more control over the router and connected devices.
This includes:
Users can manually control the Wi-Fi name and password through the app. Simply select the Wi-Fi and change the name, password or both. Each Wi-Fi can be controlled individually. 5G is best for a short distance and is faster. It comes with one encrypted connection and an open connection. 2G is best for a long distance but is slower. It also comes with one encrypted connection and an open connection.
Users can manually select their preferred VPN (virtual location). The further the distance, the slower the speed will be. This is not a masquerading service but entirely an encryption service! Please also mind that we advise users to use the unencrypted Wi-Fi or the ISP Wi-Fi when streaming media content.
No more conflicts over bedtimes. With the app’s parental control feature, you can automatically turn off your kids’ internet connection. My Secure Router allows parents to create schedules for selected devices’ internet connection. Furthermore, My Secure Router allows parents to block sites with sensitive content?
With the blocklist, users can manually control their blocklist items for advanced protection for all devices. Users can block: Pornography Adverts (only web browsing) Known Phishing Known Malware These blocks are DNS blocks. This advanced style of protection blocks all known threats before reaching your devices.
My Secure Router is equipped with Qualcomm Wi-Fi SON (Self-Organizing Network) – MESH technology. It delivers a stable connection in your entire home with the use of multiple routers throughout. With this technology, you can experience the same solid connection throughout your entire home no matter where you are and allow more devices to be secured and encrypted.
All devices connected to My Secure Router can be seen in the device menu. Users can manually bypass each device to the unencrypted Wi-Fi which is great for Smart TVs or Media boxes that require a lot of media streaming. In this feature, users can view information on all devices that have been connected once or are connected such as MAC address and IP address.
This setting is for advanced users that know what they are doing. For this reason, a warning message must be accepted before entering this feature. In this feature, users can manually control their DNS, IP range and can manually bypass domains that require an Unencrypted network to browse their website.
